SEASON ; Early Summer
TEMPERATURE ; 20-30 Degrees Celcius
WEATHER ; As Summer finally arrives in our lands, the entire forests and mountains seem to have changed. The trees grow tall and broad, the undergrowth thick and lush, and the air is beautifully warm, but sometimes with just a hint of spring's cool breeze. Showers of rain vary, storms seem to hold themselves back as the warm air attracts more mosquitoes and insects, as well as prey and new life.
PREY ; Plenty.
WATER ; The rivers and lakes seem to rise and sink back down with each day. Their color of blue shines vividly in contrast with the dark greens of the forest, and the water is wonderfully warm and comforting.

As soon as we get more members, there will definitely be a wonderful spotlight set up for one of them.This will contain the username, custom avatar, character names, Date of joining, a little description, and whatever links or little message they wish to add.

01.17.09 Welcome to the New Year 2009 everyone! Hope you are all going to have a wonder-filled, great year. As LW is at the moment, we are defintely in need of more members. I'd like to thank Nereus and Leera for being our new members, and to Liekast and Vierra for their continuos, great activity. There is a new skin up, make sure you check it out! It's not totally done thought, I can't decide wether to keep it or not. There might be a new header image for our current skin coming. You'll see the affiliating box getting filled up even more, lots more updates and the Ipod has been fixed. To add songs, simply suggest them. That's all I'd like to announce for now. So, I guess everybody should be back to school now, but we'll be keeping up a good activity level as soon as there are more members. Raven has started Affiliating with different sites now, because LW has opened it's wide doors. YAY! Meanwhile I'll just be checking around to make sure everything's great and in order. So, it's my first year of grade 7. First term was just over, I got mostly 70s, 80s, a few 90s on my report card. Glenview Senior Public School in Toronto, right beside Lawrence. Of course, my parents can be spazzes over marks but I'm allright with that. It's not like I can get all 90s and up in a totally different school, with totally different people and a totally new system of learning [ new teachers, periodes, subjects, etc.] I was excited about getting out of Elementary school [Armour Heights, Toronto, beside Major Intersection Ave. Road and Wilson.] But then I sort of hate Glenview. The people are all the same, there's basically nobody different or fun or totally awesome - but it's not like I'm really different or an emo or goth or anything. I'm just basically everywhere, hanging out with everyone, and everyone loves me [except for some certain people] , and I love everyone. Then there are the guys - practically the same as usual. The grade sevens go after the grade eights, etc. It's so wierd because there are only 5 guys in my class out of 26. Yea, it gets boring. And they're all losers and unhappy people anyways. Have I told you? I heart guys with floppy, skater-boy style hair. It makes them sooo much hotter. Just my thoughts. ANYWAYS, i hate my homeroom teacher. Can't tell you her name, but she's like a hawk : she always stares at us when we're silently working to make sure nobody talks, and I 'm just like thinking in my head: " GOD, don't YOU have things to do? " Yea, it gets annoying.
Sometimes, if I feel like it I"ll take the bus to school - it's a lot funner than getting a ride in a car. You sort of get to meet people, and usually there are the same people there every time so basically you have a "silent friendship" with them. It's also interesting to see who gets on the bus and what they're like - I can't really explain it that well, but you should try taking the bus to school or smthing. On the third day of school, I took the bus, and it was extremely crowded. It was one of those buses were it's like you're pressed up against total strangers and people have to fight to get to the doors to exit at their stop. I had one of the front seats, ready to shove my way with determination out the door and into the FRESH air! XD. But I couldn't get up before my stop, it was really crowded. I had trouble getting out of my seat. There were people in the corridor of the bus pressed up against the seats. Just in front of me was this guy, wearing the uniform of some private school, and a brown West 49 hoodie. I tried to stand up again, made it, but could'nt move out of my standing place. I looked up at the guy's face, wishing he could just move the hell out of my way. Apparantly I glared at him, and looked really funny. He grinned at me I practically snarled back, but was curious. He was wearing a pair of black aviators over his eyes so I couldn't see them, and his skin was very smooth-looking. Strands of curly, golden-brown hair peeked out from underneath his brown cap, pulled so the front faced the back. He had black mp3 earphones on and he smelled like mint gum. I finally fought my way out, and tried to put the guy out of my head. That was such a strange encounter that happened. Later on, walking back from school I saw him again. He smiled at me, I narrowed my eyes at him. We never spoke to each other. Weird, eh? But it's really fun, too. YOu can reply to this thread, share some of your strange moments. Merry first week of school, everyone.
