SEASON ; Early Summer
TEMPERATURE ; 20-30 Degrees Celcius
WEATHER ; As Summer finally arrives in our lands, the entire forests and mountains seem to have changed. The trees grow tall and broad, the undergrowth thick and lush, and the air is beautifully warm, but sometimes with just a hint of spring's cool breeze. Showers of rain vary, storms seem to hold themselves back as the warm air attracts more mosquitoes and insects, as well as prey and new life.
PREY ; Plenty.
WATER ; The rivers and lakes seem to rise and sink back down with each day. Their color of blue shines vividly in contrast with the dark greens of the forest, and the water is wonderfully warm and comforting.

As soon as we get more members, there will definitely be a wonderful spotlight set up for one of them.This will contain the username, custom avatar, character names, Date of joining, a little description, and whatever links or little message they wish to add.

01.17.09 Welcome to the New Year 2009 everyone! Hope you are all going to have a wonder-filled, great year. As LW is at the moment, we are defintely in need of more members. I'd like to thank Nereus and Leera for being our new members, and to Liekast and Vierra for their continuos, great activity. There is a new skin up, make sure you check it out! It's not totally done thought, I can't decide wether to keep it or not. There might be a new header image for our current skin coming. You'll see the affiliating box getting filled up even more, lots more updates and the Ipod has been fixed. To add songs, simply suggest them. That's all I'd like to announce for now. LW is still high and on the go, and it still will be forever. Have a great day, and a happy new year! [X] Raven 09.09.08. Hey, just so you know, the dates are done as MONTH- DAY - YEAR. So, I guess everybody should be back to school now, but we'll be keeping up a good activity level as soon as there are more members. Raven has started Affiliating with different sites now, because LW has opened it's wide doors. YAY! Meanwhile I'll just be checking around to make sure everything's great and in order. MAIN;
ShadowFrost is a general mix of different types of terrain. They have few meadows, mostly just around their only river. The rest of the terrain is Coniferous and decidous forest - sparse, without undergrowth but rather just a soft ground of soil, moss and weeds. They have a lot of short, cliff-like rocks scattered around the territory - made by man or nature it's hard to tell.
WATER ;
ShadowFrost only has one main water source: The Red River. The pack members don't usually drink from there, but they may bathe or soothe joints and aches in the strange water. A little stream, from Ember Falls flows into the heart of the territory and joins the Red River. The wolves usually drink from there, rain puddles, etc. If there is a drought, the pack may move a bit further into the Northern Terrain for water sources.
PREY ;
The Main source of ShadowFrost's prey are large rabbits, hawks, birds, and occasionally a few caribou. They do join in on the big hunt every year, but the pack members have an unusual knack for hunting large birds of prey around the Misted Shroud. ShadowFrost's prey are small, but many. They're also a tiny bit harder to catch than FreezeWind's, because of ShadowFrost's large variety of territory many different animals live in their territory. Squirrels, small red deer, magpies and crows are just some of the harder to catch prey dwelling amongst forests and plains.
The photo above was taken after the massive wildfire in Australia, not too long ago. It reminds us of truly, how fragile our environment is and the fact: No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.
